Retro Creepy Fun
COOL POINTS FOR UNCLE DAVID. Though I’m well aged-out of the FNAF fandom, my nieces were pretty hyped that their Uncle David singlehandedly designed a website for the upcoming movie of one of their favorite creepy video games, Five Nights at Freddy’s.
The website is an in-universe site that an unknown fan made up in the late 90’s (hence all the fun & grainy gifs) as a tribute to the beloved Freddy Fazbear’s restaurant. Leave it up to yours truly to dive into the mind of a dusty nerd building HTML sites on a prodigy server using 90’s era Dreamweaver to cook up this retro webpage.
No assets? No problem!
The cool thing about retro website builds is that the crappiness is part of the charm, which helps out when the client doesn’t give you any assets so you’re left using publicly available unit photography found on Google. Fun!
